Hue of Rose

As part of BerkleeNYC's the Lounge concert in November 2022, Fouad Dakwar performed his song Hue of Rose. I designed all of the lighting and video content for the song, created an audio introduction, and helped to provide an overall artistic vision for the project.  

Hue of Rose is about looking back on a past relationship with rose tinted glasses, and features a voicemail interlude. The overall aesthetic for the performance was to feature deeper saturated colors contrasting with sharp black and whites to enhance the emotional arc of the song and highlight the key moments. 

I also was a camera operator for both the taped rehearsal and the livestream, which can be found here. 

This performance was later featured in an episode of Inside Power Station @ BerkleeNYC on NYC Media's NYC Life channel.
